The Quality Improvement team works to improve processes that enhance patient services and outcomes.  We work to streamline referral processes, community services and access to primary care and specialist. In involving the patient we can gain insight into opportunities for improvement and workable solution ideas. Specific patient driven elements include but are not limited to: Accessibility and availability of care, patient satisfaction and reviews, patient perception of office flow, wait times and outcomes, and self-care support.
