Claudette Johnson, RN, BSN, MNA
President

Claudette is a Registered Nurse with over 43 years of nursing experience, in positions ranging from staff nurse to director, as well as a project manager and system analyst in Information Technology. Claudette’s nursing experience includes hospital inpatient settings, as well as community health settings. In addition to her role as President, Claudette also Vice President for Clinical Programs at Emtiro Health. Claudette also serves as the Clinical Director of 1st Choice Medical Staffing & Home Care, LLC. She has been the Congregational Nurse in her church and volunteers for various health events. Claudette received her Masters Degree in Nursing from New York University and her undergraduate degree in Nursing from North Carolina Central University.

Arthur Kelley, MD
Network Medical Director

Dr. Kelley is a board-certified child, adolescent and adult psychiatrist with 43 years of experience. Dr. Kelley has worked in academic settings, public psychiatric organizations and private practice. Since 2012, he has been a physician executive with Partnership for Community Care and more recently with Northwest Community Care. Dr. Kelley also serves as the Chief Medical Officer of Emtiro Health. He has particular interest in the integration of mental health care into primary care. One of the most rewarding experiences of his professional career has been serving as a psychiatric consultant to a primary care clinic using a collaborative care model. Dr. Kelley believes there are great gains to be made in the care of patients using integrated care models, while at the same time “bending” the cost curve in health care. He has published articles in peer reviewed journals in the area of adolescent depression and has served as the President of the NC Council of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and the NC psychiatric Association. He is a graduate of the West Virginia University School of Medicine and completed his psychiatric residency training at the same institution.

Cynthia Daniel, SPHR, SHRM-SCP
Director of Business and Human Resources

Cynthia received her Bachelor’s degree from UNC-Greensboro and a MBA from Columbia Southern University.  She has worked in Human Resources for many years in the automotive insurance, manufacturing and health care industries.  In her current Director of Human Resources role, she is responsible for managing the entire HR function which includes recruiting community focused employees and incorporating strategies to maintain an engaged and satisfied workforce.  Cynthia lives in the Greensboro area with her husband and son.

Donna Price, CPA
Director of Finance & Administration

Donna is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with over 20 years of accounting experience.  She has experience in public accounting for not-for-profits,and for-profit organizations, including 10 years of health care financial management experience.  Donna also serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Emtiro Health and as Director of Finance for Northwest Community Care Network (NCCN).  She oversees the financial stability of the organizations in a10 county region, which includes 258,000 enrollees in Medicaid and uninsured programs. She enjoys being able to touch peoples’ lives even if it is through an indirect method. Donna received her graduate and undergraduate degrees in accounting from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. She has also obtained the Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) designation.

Jacqueline Kennedy, MS Ed., CCM
Director of Care Management

Jackie is a native New Yorker and received a BA in Psychology from Herbert H. Lehman College and an MS Rehabilitation Counseling from Hunter College. Jackie has worked in human services for all of her career. She is a Certified Case Manager and currently serves as the Director of Care Management overseeing all care management functions including Behavioral Health, Uninsured, Nutrition and Early Intervention/Health Check.

Patrick Johnson, PharmD
Director of Pharmacy Services

Patrick obtained a BS in Pharmaceutical Sciences as well as a Doctorate in Pharmacy from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. His background is in community pharmacy where he developed a passion for individualized whole person care. He currently serves as the Director of Pharmacy Services where he oversees staff medication management activities, outreach on Medicaid pharmacy policies, and the Community Pharmacy Enhanced Services Network (CPESN) within the region. Patrick is a native of Greensboro where he resides with his wife, Kathleen.

Tiffany Gibson, APRN-BC, WHNP-BC, MSN, RN
QI Director

Tiffany has over 15 years experience as a Registered Nurse and over 11 years as a Nurse Practitioner.   She has worked with Novant Health as a provider and a member of the Quality Improvement Committee and Epic Super User Group.  Tiffany contracts with several local and online academic facilities as a NP preceptor and educator. She has worked with Partnership of Community Care for over 6 years as Assistant Medical Director, QI Champion and now for the past 2 years as Quality Director. She specializes in practice workflow enhancement and revenue improvement. One of the most rewarding experiences Tiffany has experienced is being recognized as the Piedmont Triad 2017 Nurse of Distinction. Tiffany earned her Lean for Healthcare certificate from NC State University. She completed a Master’s program, earning a Master’s in Science in Nursing with Dual Certification as a Family and Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She received her Bachelor’s in Science in Nursing and dual minor in Public Health and Human Development with a concentration in Nutrition from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
